1984<\/strong>:<\/strong> Start of the school-based Suicide Prevention project<\/p>\n

  • The organization was officially launched as the Fondation pour la pr\u00e9vention du suicide chez les jeunes JEVI<\/li>\n
  • Claude Thibault was the founder and first Executive Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    1990:<\/strong> JEVI Summit \u2013 with participation from 2,000 youth representing 212 schools<\/p>\n

    1993<\/strong>:<\/strong> Second Executive Director: Louise L\u00e9vesque<\/p>\n

    1994<\/strong>:<\/strong> Bertrand Bibeau was elected Chair of the Board of Directors<\/p>\n

    1995<\/strong>:<\/strong> Chantal Chr\u00e9tien became Chair of the Board of Directors<\/p>\n
